University of Derby ready for you

Monday, October 19, 2009

“Something as simple as lowering the bookcase so I can reach my textbooks makes a big difference. I have really enjoyed my time at Derby…” Rachel, who graduated in 2007

University of Derby is a modern, safe and friendly university in the heart of England that offers many courses that can start in both January and September. They have a student population of over 20,000 students from over 100 countries worldwide.

If you are disabled and thinking of studying at Derby let them know and one of their student advisers will contact you to assess your needs, and make sure you have everything you need when you start there.

They’ll look at the demand and requirements of your course, and advise you about ways they can help you. They’ll also help you in your claim for Disabled Students’ Allowance, which can be used to pay for your support needs while you’re studying there.

To find out more about the University of Derby come along to the Enable Show 09.
