Mission Statement  

'People in Action' are committed to delivering responsive person focused, quality services, to people in the community, promoting their equal rights, plus, full support from their families.    

We are a registered charity and support people to live in a large variety of ordinary houses, flats and maisonettes throughout Warwickshire, the West Midlands, Staffordshire and Leicestershire in domiciliary care and supported living.   The charity was started in 1985 and has grown rapidly helping vulnerable adults to live as independently as possible.   People in Action have a huge responsibility in promoting the interests of people who are vulnerable. We believe that we are well equipped to do so.  We believe in taking a “can do” approach to the adults we work with.  We assume that they can achieve what they want with the right help and support.
