enABLE 08, the UK’s National Show dedicated to people with disabilities who seek an active and independent life, launched on the 28-29 November 2008 in the Ricoh Arena in Coventry.

The Show was a great success and gave visitors the opportunity to view the vast array of products and services targeted towards their needs, whilst also being inspired by industry experts, role models and everyday people who spoke on subjects from holidays, health & fitness to education, grants and family life with disabilities at the core.

The Show offered literally everything to do with disabilities under one roof with the latest in disability aids, holidays, financial and professional services, training, recruitment and educational opportunities. enABLE is the ultimate event for inclusion rather than exclusion!

Information Zone

The Information Zone is a dedicated area where you can pick up useful tips and find the right questions to ask before you check out the products and services available in the rest of the Show. Experts from a range of leading industry Charities and Associations were available to offer independent advice and solutions on whatever you need to know. Associations include: The MS Society, Association for Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalu (ASBAH) and The Council for Disabled People.
